Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at kristin@delightfullittlethings.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds & Resolutions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to discuss the best resolution, which may include:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
- An exchange for another product
- Store credit toward a future purchase
Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, items that have been used, burned, or melted cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kristin@delightfullittlethings.com with a photo of the item and we will make it right.
